Kate Haaf is a designer, an entertainer and an entrepreneur with a passion for all things GLAM! She’s the founder of The Everyday Hostess, which makes client’s party styling, interior decor, and holiday decorating dreams come true. She’s a lover of hot tea, Amazon prime, and anything chinoiserie.
Kate is a native Coloradan who made an unforgettable decade-long stop in Texas, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at TCU, met her husband and fell in love with a little southern flair. When she isn’t hanging balloon garlands or crafting the tablescape of your dreams, she’s happiest spending time with her husband and son and finding DIY projects in the family’s new home – the Haaf house is the one covered in Christmas glitter from October to February, and her husband can only wish that was a joke!

TESSA JOHNSON
Tessa is a Colorado native with a love for Jesus, her husband and her two kids.
Her passion has been party planning and design ever since the first tea party she hosted for her dolls at two years old. Her true talent lies in creating beautiful and unique balloon designs with personalized details specific to her clients’ vision. Coupling that approach with her learned Texas philosophy “bigger is better”, Tessa applies the perfect balance of exuberance and luxury.
Even though she was born and raised in Colorado, she found her way to Baylor University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance. As well as being a partner at The Everyday Balloon Co, she works with her family as an Executive Recruiter for Accounting and Finance professionals.
